Liberex Return & Refund Policy as follows:

 

1. All of our products win the guarantee of 30 DAYS MONEY BACK & 1 YEARS WARRANTY 

2. You may return the product within 30 days of delivery to issue for refund or replacement. (Some of the products may not need to be returned, please take the information of each product page as the final reference)

3. To initiate an exchange or a refund , please send your order details to marketing@liberexlab.com. Or, "Leave A Meassage" on your Order History page and our customer service will help process your request.

4.  Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message/Email. Please allow 7-15 days for your refund to be comleted.

5. When a gift card/Coupon/Credit (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to an order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded.

6. We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.

7. You will have to compensate for the return shipping cost unless you received a false or defective unit.
